Refund Policy

In any event, if unavailability was not indicated at the time of the Order, DOMINOPLATA undertakes to inform the Customer without delay if the Product is unavailable.

If the Customer decides to cancel his Order for an unavailable Product, he will obtain a refund of all sums paid for the unavailable Product no later than fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was terminated.

 

In the event of a non-conformity, the Customer may request, at their discretion, either a replacement or repair of the Product. However, if the cost of the Customer's chosen option is clearly disproportionate to the other available option, considering the value of the Product or the significance of the defect, DOMINOPLATA may issue a refund instead, without following the Customer's chosen option.

 

Dominoplata is liable for hidden defects in the sold Product that render it unfit for its intended use, or that so diminish its usefulness that the Customer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price, had they been aware of them. (Article 1641 of the Civil Code)

This guarantee allows the Customer who can prove the existence of a hidden defect to choose between a refund of the price of the Product if it is returned and a refund of part of its price, if the Product is not returned.

 

In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, DOMINOPLATA undertakes to reimburse all sums paid, without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw (Article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code).

Unless it offers to collect the Product itself, DOMINOPLATA may defer the refund until the Product is collected or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment of the Product, whichever occurs first.

DOMINOPLATA will make the refund using the same payment method that the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to use another payment method and provided that the refund will not incur any costs for the Customer.
